This Keysborough retractable pool enclosure project was designed for a residential swimming pool affected by fallen leaves, rapid heat loss and a shorter usable swimming season. The custom aluminium enclosure uses 5mm clear polycarbonate panels and a smooth sliding system, allowing the pool to be covered or opened as needed.
Client Needs
The uncovered pool collected leaves and garden debris, increasing cleaning time. Water also cooled quickly in changing Melbourne weather, which limited comfortable swimming throughout the year.

Furite Outdoor Living supplied a made-to-measure aluminium retractable pool enclosure with 5mm clear polycarbonate panels. Each section slides along the track so the enclosure can be extended for protection or retracted to open the pool area in fine weather.
