The site and the problem
The passage between existing brick walls and sliding doors had a useful connection to the house but was exposed to weather. Its narrow width made access and opening positions especially important.

What the client needed
- Fit the limited side-yard width.
- Retain access through existing doors.
- Keep the enclosure bright.
Design and installation approach
The 3D design sets out the frame, post positions and openings within the available footprint. It gives the owner a way to review the layout before installation.
Glass panels maintain visibility through the enclosure while aluminium posts and framing define the new room.
The result
The exposed side passage becomes a more sheltered enclosed area. Its glass perimeter retains light and the visual connection to the existing home.
